With a decade of experience studying this ancient practice, her greatest love is to watch others grow. Yoga is a practice that teaches you how capable you are, how infinite you are, and how to learn to live in harmony with yourself with patience, time, trust and dedication.

She received her formal certification from Downward Dog Yoga Centre in Toronto, Canada.

​

From beginner and yin restorative, to Ashtanga, her practice is all encompassing, and highly traditional.

​

She emphasizes the grounding of the body, the understanding of one's own Kundalini (life force) energy, and the relationship between movement, emotional balance and spiritual well-being.

She offers 1 : 1 classes for a deep-dive into the body

​

She teaches group classes whenever the opportunity is available 

​
